Both in-office and take-home teeth whitening methods are effective in reducing teeth staining and discoloration. The choice between the two depends on various factors, including your dental health, the extent of whitening desired, and any time constraints.

It's important to note that not all types of teeth discoloration can be effectively treated with teeth whitening. For example, stains caused by a root canal or discoloration of crowns, veneers, or bonded teeth may not respond to whitening treatments.
